Thank you for shopping with Sleeve & Story. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Times

Ready-to-Send Photo Albums
Ready-to-send photo albums are already completed and will be processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Custom Photo Albums
Custom photo albums are made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing. Production will begin only after the final design brief has been approved by the customer.

Mixed Orders (Ready-to-Send + Custom Albums)
If your order includes both ready-to-send albums and custom photo albums, all items will be shipped together in one package once the custom album is complete.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for the entire order to be dispatched.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders:

  • Standard Shipping: $15 AUD flat rate

  • Express Shipping: $20 AUD flat rate

Order Processing Times

  • Ready-to-send items are processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days.

  • Custom orders are made to order and will be dispatched within 4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times, which may vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.


International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sleeve & Story is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may incur additional shipping fees to be resent.


Delays, Lost, or Missing Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. Sleeve & Story is not responsible for shipping delays, lost parcels, or missed deliveries. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and original packaging so we can assess the issue.
