At Sleeve & Story, each photo album is created with care and attention to detail. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchases. By placing an order with Sleeve & Story, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Ready-to-Send Photo Albums

Ready-to-send photo albums are sold as-is and are final sale.
Please ensure that your order selection is correct before completing your purchase, as these items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Custom Photo Albums

Custom photo albums are made specifically for you and therefore are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Before your custom album is completed, you will be sent a design brief for review and approval. Once you have approved the brief:

• The order is considered final

• No changes, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all details before giving final confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review the issue.
